My Journey to Yoga
Yoga has been an integral part of my life for over a decade, but my consistent practice began in 2018. Before yoga, I was a dedicated volleyball player for 10 years, playing year-round until injuries sidelined me. Tearing ligaments in both ankles left me feeling defeated and led to a spiral of depression.
The turning point came when I attended a community yoga class after exploring the gym. That class left me feeling lighter, more agile, and empowered. Yoga became my way to rebuild strength, heal safely, and regain confidence. Over time, my daily practice has been my anchor through life’s ups and downs, helping me manage stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and even moments of joy and excitement.
My Teaching Philosophy
My teaching style mirrors my personal practice—it’s rooted in compassion, patience, body awareness, and a sense of playfulness. I blend Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga with the healing power of Reiki to create classes that:
Encourage students to be present by connecting with their breath.
Foster awareness of the body’s innate wisdom.
Help students flow in ways that uncover their inner strength, grace, healing abilities, and limitless potential.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your existing practice, my goal is to hold space for you to explore, heal, and grow in your own unique way.
Let’s flow, breathe, and uncover your infinite potential together. 🌟
What People Are Saying

“This was my first yoga class in a long time. Madi was very helpful in making my class easy to follow and so much fun. I felt very welcome and again so much fun. I loved feeling my muscles stretch and release so much tension. I can’t wait to take another class!”

“My first experience with Madi was, if anything, a quite honest experience. First off, she has helped me regain strength, as I have a broken ankle, and is always willing to modify to my needs. Meanwhile, she maintains a genuine presence; unlike individuals who could use this practice as an image. I felt understood, as well as connected. In the moments of awkwardness & difficulty I was offered a laugh. I also felt physically comfortable within the whole experience; I didn't once think my body wasn't worth it. For me as someone who truly wants to heal my mind and body, this offering of a gentle spirit uplifts my body and aspirations. She is worth everything and more. I will continue to connect with my mind, body and Madi (lol).”

“One of the best yoga sessions I’ve taken! Madi is a great teacher who really does understand the needs of yogis from making you feel comfortable and relaxed to being uplifted and energized. She brings something different with her enthusiasm and positive energy. I would recommend anyone at any level to partake in her class, it’s easily one of the best choices of your day you can make.”
