Your Yoga Teacher

I am a master Reiki practitioner, 200-hour yoga teacher, and sound healer based in California and Washington. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is a tool for deep self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. With over a decade of experience on my spiritual path, I create a safe and nurturing space for students to explore movement, breath, and energy.

My approach blends the fluidity of Vinyasa, the alignment of Hatha, the deep restoration of Restorative yoga, and the intensity of Sculpt, offering practices that meet students where they are—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe in honoring each individual's unique journey, guiding them toward a deeper connection with themselves. Through mindful sequencing, energy awareness, and intentional movement, my classes cultivate strength, release tension, and restore balance to mind, body, and soul.

My goal is to help students not only find relief from physical discomfort but also rediscover inner resilience and clarity, leaving each practice feeling aligned, empowered, and whole.
